Getting Started
Company Welcome Pack
Everything your team needs to start using Dr.CHRO: how the portal works, how to create requirements, how engagements run, and where to get help.
First 10 minutes
What to do right after your team joins.
These steps orient your account before you post your first requirement. Take a few minutes to confirm access and settings.
Accept your invite
Follow the link in your invitation email and set your password. Legal acknowledgements are accepted during this step — read them before proceeding.
Confirm team access
Check who on your team has been granted access. Additional team members can be invited from the team section of your portal.
Review company settings
Confirm your company profile and any settings relevant to your account. Accurate company information helps Dr.CHRO match the right advisors.
Understand who can do what
Company admins can create requirements and manage the team. Company requesters can create requirements. Review your role with your account admin if you are unsure.
Create your first requirement
When you are ready, create a requirement to describe the HR situation you need help with. You can save a draft before submitting.
Inside the company portal
Six areas you will use as your engagement grows.
Your portal covers the full lifecycle from requirement to signoff, with invoicing and team management alongside.
Dashboard
Your dashboard shows the current state of all active work: requirements needing attention, shortlists awaiting review, invoices, and live engagements.
Requirements
Create, manage, and track your HR requirements here. Each requirement moves through a defined lifecycle from draft to delivery.
Shortlists
When Dr.CHRO has matched advisors to your requirement, the shortlist appears here for your review and selection.
Engagements
Active and completed engagements are managed here. Deliverables, communications, and signoff all happen within each engagement record.
Billing and invoices
Invoices issued against completed engagements are accessible here. Review, download, and track payment status from this section.
Team
Manage who has access to your company account, invite new team members, and review existing access from this section.
From requirement to delivery
How a requirement becomes a completed engagement.
Every requirement follows the same structured path. Dr.CHRO manages matching, oversight, and quality throughout.
Describe the situation
Create a requirement by describing the HR situation you need help with. You do not need to have the answer — describe the problem clearly.
Dr.CHRO reviews
Dr.CHRO reviews your submission and may ask clarifying questions before matching begins. This ensures the right advisor scope is applied.
Shortlist presented
Dr.CHRO selects advisors from the panel who are best suited to the requirement. The shortlist is curated, not open to all advisors.
You select an advisor
Review the shortlisted advisors and confirm your selection. Once selected, Dr.CHRO coordinates acceptance with the advisor.
Engagement begins
With scope, timeline, and expectations confirmed, the engagement starts. Dr.CHRO remains involved for quality and escalation throughout.
Approvals, invoices, and payments
How billing works after an engagement completes.
Invoices are issued after signoff. Payment processing is handled through the platform — you do not need to arrange direct payment to advisors.
Signoff triggers invoicing
Once your team signs off on the delivered work, Dr.CHRO generates and issues the invoice. You will be notified when an invoice is ready.
Who approves
Company admins are responsible for invoice approval and signoff. Ensure the right person has admin access before your first engagement completes.
Payment processing
Payment is processed through the platform. Dr.CHRO does not make guarantees on specific payment timing. Contact support if you have an invoice query.
Support
How to get help when you need it.
Raising a support request
Use the support section of your portal to raise issues, ask questions about a requirement or engagement, or escalate concerns to the Dr.CHRO team.
Go to supportLegal acknowledgements
Legal acknowledgements for company admins are accepted during invite acceptance. They cover platform use, confidentiality, and authority to bind the company to engagement terms. Contact support if you have questions about your acknowledgement status.
Before you post your first requirement
A quick check before you start.
Use this list to confirm your account is set up correctly and your team understands the process before posting.
