Vijay has built a career on a difficult balance: professionalising organisations without stripping away the human core that made them work in the first place. He now serves as CHRO and President – People & Organisational Culture at House of PMJ, a large legacy luxury retail business, where he is helping transform the organisation through culture embedding, succession planning, coaching, role clarity, and leadership systems.
Earlier, at ZingHR, he helped scale a high-growth HR SaaS business through a period of rapid headcount expansion, strengthening leadership capability, talent systems, and operating discipline along the way. His experience also spans Manipal's education, healthcare, and stem cell product businesses across India, MENA, Southeast Asia, Sri Lanka, and beyond.
He holds a doctorate in leadership psychology, the kind of grounding that turns field experience into lasting frameworks. That mix gives Dr.CHRO something rare: senior HR judgment grounded in complexity, human insight, and real-world scale.
