Advisor Welcome Pack
Everything you need to set up your profile, understand how engagements work, and get ready to advise on the Dr.CHRO platform.
Launch focus
Where early advisor demand is expected.
Early Dr.CHRO demand is expected around founder-led growth companies, especially pre-seed to Series A/B, with urgent needs in exits, compliance, hiring, org design, culture, compensation and equity.
Likely early buyers
Founder-led growth companies, especially pre-seed to Series A/B teams that need senior people judgment before they are ready for a full-time CHRO.
Sharpest early needs
Sensitive exits, compliance, hiring, org design, culture, compensation, and equity questions where speed and judgment matter.
How to use your profile
Keep your stage, sector, skills, and engagement-style signals accurate so Dr.CHRO can match you to the right work as demand forms.
First 10 minutes
What to do right after accepting your invite.
Complete these steps in order. Your profile cannot be approved until all required sections are filled.
Claim or review your profile
If Dr.CHRO prepared your profile before your invite, log in and review every section before submitting. If you signed up directly, complete each profile section in order.
Complete key profile sections
Add your headline, skills, industries, and availability. Incomplete profiles cannot be approved and will not appear to the platform for matching.
Accept legal acknowledgements
Legal acknowledgements are accepted during invite acceptance. If you are unsure whether you completed this step, check your profile status in the portal.
Understand payout readiness
Review the payouts section of your portal to understand how payment is processed and what information is required before your first payout can be issued.
Submit your profile for review
Once your profile is complete, submit it for Dr.CHRO review. You will be notified of the outcome and any clarifications required.
Inside the advisor portal
Six areas you will use regularly.
Your portal is the hub for everything from profile management to engagement tracking and payouts.
Profile
Your advisor profile is your presence on the platform. It controls visibility, shortlisting eligibility, and matching. Keep it accurate and up to date.
Invitations
When you are shortlisted for an engagement, an invitation appears here. Review, accept, or decline invitations from this section.
Engagements
Active and past engagements are listed here. Deliverables, timelines, and communications related to each engagement are accessible from this section.
Payouts
Track payout status, review payment history, and confirm your payout details are correct. Payouts are processed after successful engagement signoff.
Support
Raise issues, ask questions, or escalate a concern through the support section. All support requests are handled by the Dr.CHRO team.
Manual
The advisor manual contains detailed guidance on platform features, policies, engagement expectations, and common questions.
Visibility and invitations
How you get from approved to invited.
Dr.CHRO does not use an open directory. Your profile is reviewed and you are shortlisted based on fit with specific requirements.
Profile approval
Your profile is reviewed by Dr.CHRO before you become eligible for matching. Approval requires a complete profile with accurate skills, industries, and availability.
Shortlisting
When a company requirement is posted that fits your profile, Dr.CHRO may shortlist you as a candidate. This happens without any action from you.
Invitation
If you are selected from the shortlist, you receive an invitation. The invitation includes scope context so you can make an informed decision before accepting.
Keeping your profile current
Your availability and skills should always reflect your current situation. Stale profiles affect matching quality and may result in invitations you cannot fulfil.
Engagement lifecycle
How an engagement runs from invitation to payout.
Every engagement follows a defined structure. Scope, timeline, and expectations are set before work begins.
Invitation received
You receive an invitation when you have been shortlisted for a requirement. The invitation includes context on the engagement scope.
Accept or decline
Review the invitation carefully before accepting. Once accepted, you are committed to the engagement terms.
Deliver the work
Deliver against the agreed scope within the engagement timeline. Dr.CHRO remains available for escalation or clarification throughout.
Signoff
The company reviews and signs off on the delivered work. Disputes or clarifications at this stage are managed by Dr.CHRO.
Payout processed
After signoff, a payout is processed to your nominated details. Processing times depend on the payment method and your payout setup.
Payment and payout
How payment works in plain language.
Dr.CHRO handles invoicing and payment collection from the company. Your payout is processed after the engagement is signed off.
Payout setup
Before your first payout, review the payout readiness guidance in your portal and follow any instructions from the Dr.CHRO team. Payouts cannot be issued until the required details are complete.
Invoice generation
Invoices are generated by Dr.CHRO on your behalf based on the agreed engagement fee. You do not need to send invoices directly.
Payout timing
Payouts are processed after company signoff. Timing depends on the payment method and your payout configuration. Dr.CHRO does not make guarantees on specific payout dates.
Legal and support
Acknowledgements, compliance, and how to get help.
Legal acknowledgements
Legal acknowledgements are accepted during the invite acceptance step. These cover your engagement with the platform, confidentiality obligations, and relevant terms. If you are unsure whether you completed this step, check your profile status or contact support.
Raising a support request
Use the support section of your portal to raise issues, ask questions, or escalate concerns. All requests are handled by the Dr.CHRO team.
